Website hosting
Our website is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. When you visit, technically necessary connection data such as your IP address and browser information are processed to deliver content and secure the service. The basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hosting providers’ technical logs are separate from the visitor statistics described below.
Optional visitor statistics
Only if you choose “Allow statistics” do we record the date in Belgian time, the page path without URL parameters, the broad source category (e.g. Google or Instagram) and actions: internal link clicks, phone/email clicks, sample interest, opening an enquiry and video starts. The purpose is to improve our content and analyse its use. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, these measurements are not sent; all website features remain available.
What our statistics store
A random cookie enables an approximate visitor count. On the server, it is used to derive an identifier that changes daily. These data are pseudonymous, not fully anonymous. Our statistics do not store names, email addresses, form entries, full referral URLs or IP addresses. We do not use device fingerprints or link the identifier with other websites. Detailed data are analysed for the last 90 calendar days; older records are deleted on the next measurement or statistics request. The statistics area is accessible only to the website owner.
Our cookies
sl_consent: stores your acceptance or refusal for 180 days; necessary to respect your choice. sl_visitor: a random identifier for optional visitor statistics, valid for 24 hours and used only after consent. Both cookies apply only to the domain visited. Separate choices and counts may therefore occur across different BeLux domains. Technically necessary hosting-provider sign-in cookies may also be used for the protected owner login.
Change your choice
You can accept or refuse at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer or on this page. If you refuse after previously accepting, we stop further measurement and delete the statistics cookie. This does not retroactively make the storage of previous data unlawful. Contact us for any further requests.
Contact enquiries & external links
The enquiry form opens your own email app. The content you enter is not sent to our statistics system. We receive your enquiry only when you send the message yourself. We process it to handle your request or take steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); other business enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in communication. Retention depends on processing needs and applicable legal obligations. Social media links open external services, whose privacy policies apply. Videos are hosted on our website.
Service providers, processing & rights
Hosting providers process technical data to deliver the website. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; the providers’ privacy notices linked below explain transfer grounds and safeguards. We do not sell statistics data or use them for personalised advertising or automated individual decisions. Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
